1. General Provisions

gkvip ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement governing your use of the platform and its services.

By registering on the platform or using its services in any way, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using gkvip's services.

These Terms must be read together with gkvip's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other specific promotional terms. In the event of a conflict, these general Terms will apply unless a specific term states otherwise.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use gkvip's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. gkvip may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account where there is reasonable doubt.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, the same household, or the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be cancelled and funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. If any of your information changes, please notify the gkvip support team as soon as possible.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. All activities carried out from your account will be considered your own.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, contact us immediately at [email protected] or notify our support team via live chat. gkvip will not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorized disclosure of account credentials.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.
• Always log out after each session.
• Keep the email address linked to your account secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gkvip is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Without the correct reference information provided at the time of deposit, there may be a delay in processing your funds.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

Before processing a withdrawal request, gkvip will confirm that all applicable wagering conditions have been met. If wagering is incomplete, the withdrawal will be held and the member will be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gkvip offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; and a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Terms

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per member, household, device, or IP address.
• If bonus abuse or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Certain games or bet types may not count toward the wagering requirement — contact the support team for details.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn; only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met are withdrawable.
• gkvip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on gkvip are final and cannot be changed after acceptance. Bets incorrectly processed due to a technical error will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

For sports betting, results depend on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the specific betting rules state otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gkvip platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to earn bonuses through coordinated means.
• Hacking the platform's software, exploiting bugs, or using fraudulent software.
• Selling, transferring, or renting out an account.
• Money laundering or transferring illegal funds through the platform.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users or staff of the platform.
• Playing games using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated tools.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 gkvip's Right to Take Action

gkvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the member fails to cooperate with the account verification process.
• In accordance with a court order or direction from a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Member's Right to Close Their Own Account

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

gkvip makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, gkvip will not be liable in the following cases:

• Games interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or third-party network issues.
• Loss caused by problems with your own device or software.
• Loss caused by a third party as a result of the unauthorized disclosure of account credentials.
• Events beyond our control, such as unexpected natural disasters or power outages.

In any circumstance, gkvip's maximum liability is limited to the actual deposit amount present in your account.

11. Responsible Gaming

gkvip believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and we are always committed to ensuring it never becomes a harmful addiction. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit.
